Northern Marmara Motorway
Incl. 3rd Bosporus Bridge

  • Location: Istanbul / Turkey
  • Scope: A total of 150 km 2x4 lane motorway including connection roads and the suspension/cable stay hybrid 3rd Bosporus Bridge with a main span of 1408 m.

Istanbul - Izmir Motorway

  • Contractor: Nurol-Ozaltin-Makyol-Astaldi-Yuksel-Gocay JV
  • Investment Model: Build-Operate-Transfer
  • Investment Cost: 7,700,000,000 USD
  • Location: Istanbul-Izmir / Turkey
  • Scope: A total of 427 km 2x3 lane motorway including connection roads and the suspension bridge with a main span of 1550 m.

Ilisu Dam & hEPP

  • Contractor: Nurol-Cengiz JV
  • Total Project Value: 780,000,000 EUR
  • Location: Mardin / Turkey
  • Scope: Construction of a concrete face rock fill dam with 24,000,000 m3 of dam body filling with a 1200 MW of electric generation capacity amassing to a total electric generation of 4,100,000,000 kWh/year.

Nurol Life

  • Contractor: Nurol
  • Total Project Value: 110,000,000 USD
  • Location: Istanbul / Turkey
  • Scope: Construction of a 50-floor high tower and a base structure with 4 floors including 440 residential units, 50 office units and social facilities.

Nurol Park

  • Contractor: Nurol
  • Total Project Value: 157,000,000 USD
  • Location: Istanbul / Turkey
  • Scope: Construction of 9 multi purpose buildings with a total enclosed area of 323,500 m2 including 1186 residential units, 118 office units and 87 units for the outdoors shopping area.

Tizi Ouzou-Bouira Motorway

  • Estimated Project Value: 1,000,000,000 EUR
  • Location: Tizi Ouzou / Algeria
  • Scope: A total of 45 km 2x3 lane motorway including 21 viaducts and 2 dual tube tunnels.
